We had made room reservations through the internet in one of the hotels in Lucerne. The beauty of the Alps was mesmerizing to say the least. It was fun walking the path with the cool breeze of the mountain brushing against your face. We were simply too tired to do any work on our return. Multilingual Staff in Lucerne Hotels

I was in Lucerne for the past two weeks and it was quite interesting to learn that the people in Switzerland speak a lot many languages such as German, French, Italian, Romansch and English. Most Lucerne hotels have a multilingual staff to look after the needs and requirements of the international traveler. The public transportation was quite good in Lucerne. I had bought a map from one of the tourist offices which were quite well marked out making it easy to comprehend. I got into the groove of traveling by bus soon. The weather in Lucerne throughout my stay was true for sightseeing and fun. Once in the day I used to hike to the shopping areas form the hotel for exercising. Most Lucerne hotels can be booked through the internet which makes it easy and convenient for the travelers. You can choose from a number of hotels as per budget.

Scenic Views from Hotels in Lucerne Switzerland

I was simply overwhelmed by the hospitality shown to us by the extremely polite staffs of the different hotels in Switzerland we went to. We were treated to some excellent cuisine prepared by the hotel’s chefs who had a knack for dishing out something out of the ordinary. I was really impressed by the different cheese preparations in particular. My visit to Lucerne was eventful in the sense that it was my first taste of original Swiss cheese. We were a group of five people and all of us were quite taken in by the scenic views of the wonderful scenery that the Swiss Alps are well famous for. Most hotels in Lucerne Switzerland have rooms which have views from windows. The staff in the hotels of the city show extreme courteousness which is representative of the Swiss hospitality famous the world over.
